Since 1997, Operation Smile has conducted medical programs in 24 cities throughout Thailand. Operation Smile’s global volunteer network includes more than 120 medical professionals from Thailand, as well as hundreds of non-medical volunteers who donate their time toward Operation Smile raise funds and build awareness about cleft conditions worldwide. Operation Smile has provided free reconstructive surgeries to more than 7,400 patients in Thailand since 1997.
